Trustwallet Review

In currency trading or cryptocurrency investing or options even the skills and research of the trader or investor are very important but what also is important are the tools with which he or she intends to multiply his or her initial capital. Therefore, finding the best application for your use case is somehow just as important as finding the best strategy to use. That is why I am doing this review for those who intend to invest in crypto or to trade using it.

Background

Trustwallet is an application that is used as a cryptocurrency wallet as the name suggests and used to trade other cryptocurrencies as well since it has the swap functionality. This is because of the fact that it is linked to a number of DApps (decentralised Applications) which offer the services on a plethora of cryptos and also because Trustwallet itself has the functionality on a number of cryptocurrencies even though they are not as many as the ones on the DApps.

KYC

One of the big reasons why people are using Trustwallet is the fact that it does not need any KYC or whatsoever. You just download it on Playstore, and the next thing is you are given your recovery phrase which you must not lose, and you are good to go.

Security

The application on itself is secure. The only ways by which your wallets can be accessed is through your carelessness not because its network is hacked which is a great thing. So as long as your recovery phrase is in a secure place then and no one accesses it you are as safe as they come.

Conclusion

Trustwallet is a great platform to invest and HODL your crypto but it is not that good when it comes to trading crypto. This is because relying on DApps to manage the swapping of crypto leaves the users exposed to huge slippage fees from the DApps.
